Question:
How would I get a tenant of another landlord evicted for constant noise violation, harassment, kicking, pounding walls and floor and promotion of suicidal comments. Current association is doing nothing to stop it .

Answer:
Hi Nina,
Firstly, exhaust all channels of communication with the HOA. If the neighbor has violated the HOA’s rules, you may also file a complaint with the association board. If the HOA is unresponsive or unhelpful, you may opt to remove the problem board member(s). The procedure for board member removal and re-election may be in the governing documents. For further guidance, kindly consult an attorney.
