Question:
If the HOA where we live (I live in a single house no condo) states that 2 dogs per house. We have a total of 4 dogs and two are emotional support and 2 are not.
My question is, do emotional dogs count as part of the total of 4 or the emotional dogs do not count and I legally have 2.
or do I need to get rid of my other 2 dogs that are not emotional support dogs?

Answer:
Hi Amira,
Emotional support animals are not considered pets. As such, they generally do not fall under an HOA’s definition of pets.
