we are a lot owner only and not ready to build a house yet. Are we required to pay Home Owner Association fees now?
Or we should pay after becoming a home owner…

Hi Vito,
It depends on your association’s governing documents. Most of the time, HOA membership is mandatory and begins once the property title or deed is transferred to you. That means fulfilling all of the obligations required of members, which includes paying HOA dues. You should check with your HOA board, though, to be sure.
