Hi I love with my dad and we are constantly fonind poop in dog bags underneath our tree, which is located right at the end of our house. On our property. HOA keeps giving my dad citations and tells him it’s still on his property. This is unfair to my father who’s retired and people want to own dogs then they need to pick up after their pet. The community pail is at the end of the block and should not be our house!

This is an issue you should bring up with your HOA board. Perhaps they can enact measures that will help deter dog owners from leaving the bags on your property. You can contact your board either by phone or email (if provided). Alternatively, you can attend a board meeting and raise your concern during the open forum portion of the meeting.
