I live in a subdivision with CCRs from 1994 restricting homes in the subdivisions from running family daycares in their homes . I am looking at ORS 94.779 and it seems to me that Oregon will not enforce these laws restricting daycares in community deeds. But is this regarding only documents made after 2018?

Hi Anne,
ORS 94.779 applies to all planned communities, not just those created after 2018. Your HOA should update its CC&Rs to reflect the changes in Oregon law.
