Filing a Complaint Against HOA Management Company

My HOA management company took money out of our account to pay bills for another HOA’s companies and now they are dragging their feet to reimburse it. What authority i need to contact to report this? Also they have gauge our fees and charge us for services that were never rendered.

Make sure to check your management contract to see if the company has breached the terms of your agreement. If they have, it is best to hire an attorney who can help you sort this out. You may also try to file a consumer complaint with the North Carolina Consumer Protection Division or the Attorney General.
