How can I get information about my HOA board. I don’t know who the board member are. I only have a PO. Box address. Only received communication once per year to collect fees

If you receive annual communication regarding fee collection, it may also include details about these meetings. Your bylaws may also contain information on how often board meetings are held and where they take place.
Third, you may ask to review the names and contact numbers of the board members. Under Georgia law, HOA members have the right to access certain association records, including meeting minutes and financial statements. Submit a formal written request to the HOA’s mailing address (the P.O. Box you have). You may also be able to request meeting minutes, which should contain similar details.
Finally, you can ask your neighbors. Your neighbors may have more information or experience in communicating with the board.
