I have communication issues with my current Property Management company. How do I 1) determine if there’s a document that outlines their responsibility? 2) If there is a lawyer that was used to draft such a document. I took over as President in late 2023.

Check your HOA’s records, which should include a copy of the management contract. You can also ask the management company or the previous HOA board for a copy of the contract. The contract should contain the responsibilities of the management company as agreed upon.
