Both apply to homeowners associations if they are organized as nonprofits. Generally, RCW 64.38 Homeowners’ Associations takes precedence over RCW 24.03A Washington Nonprofit Corporation Act as the former applies specifically to HOAs. However, it is best to check with a lawyer.
