Question:
Our HOA approved installing a shed and when we went for permits we could not put in original location because of utility easements.
HOA says now because we did not put in original location their approval is now voided
They want us to tear is down even though it was approved by the county and permitted.
Is there anything we can do not to tear it down. We have gone thru the legal process to no avail. Could you please call,text or email me. 609-522-9033
