HOA Can’t Afford Anything and Can’t Raise Dues

What do do when HOA cannot afford an attorney to amend CC’R/bylaws, and cannot assess fines for violations, and members voted against raise in dues.

If your HOA requires funding, you might consider reducing your non-essential expenses so that you can make more room in your budget. Another option, if permitted by your governing documents, is to levy special assessments.
