Question:
HOA is 5 years in arrears to our Audits. Management Company and Board is non-challant about answering to the community as to when these audits will be complete. It is rumored that kick-backs are being had in the community. Need recommendation for a Management Company who is FISCALLY responsible and can follow the TRCP Rules!! Please help.
