My property manager won’t give me the information I requested and the HOA president is not following her responsibilities in maintaining any other members court yard’s except hers and other board members. What can I do to take care of this situation.

It is possible that courtyards don’t fall under the responsibility of your association but instead fall under the homeowner’s responsibility.
