Question:
When attending a sanctioned HOA open meeting with respect to those who can only attend virtually. The audio that is being provided is almost unintelligible. We have raised the issue several times and nothing is being done about it. Do we as residents have any recourse?

Answer:
Hi Jim,
Kindly raise this issue with the HOA board by contacting them directly or bringing it up at a board meeting. It may be helpful to attend the meeting in person to ensure your voice will be heard. It may also be wise to offer an alternative solution to the board to resolve the audio issue. For further guidance, kindly consult a lawyer.
