Kindly review the governing documents and the contract with the HOA management company to verify whether there are any such notice requirements. The Ohio Planned Community Law Section 5312.08(B) simply states that owners shall permit the HOA’s agents or employees access to their lots or units for the purpose of fulfilling the association’s duties and obligations. Damage to the property will be the responsibility of the owner or association that caused the damage.
