Do certified service animals have to follow the rules of the community,like they are asking my dog to be kept 24 inches from my side at all times. What are the rights for my service dog. I have read that the FHA supersedes any rule or regulation that HOAS might have regarding pets.please confirm if this is correct thank you so much .
