After 7 years and 7 month inlegal battle with HOA and 5 homeowners in the community an agreement was reached back in 2023 .7 months after and theey still dont know when is the drainage system will be installed. I called them over the phone and they say that the dont know whern the job is goi g to be done. But that it was apprived . here again raininig season is coming and i will be continiun getting water draining into my back yard.. over floating and causing damage to my property.what can i do to encourage rhe HOA do the job.
