Homeowners Adding Agenda Items to Board Meetings

The HOA board and management company are often in charge of setting the agenda. However, homeowners are allowed to raise comments, questions, and concerns during the open forum section of the board meeting. This open forum is required by the Nevada Uniform Common-Interest Ownership Act Section 116.3108(4)(c).
