As a unit owner, how do I get a “offical” annual meeting scheduled for last year, 2022? That is, after multiple attempts to get one scheduled in that year went without a response!

Hi Christine,
As per Connecticut Common Interest Ownership Act Section 47-250, “An association shall hold a meeting of unit owners annually at a time, date and place stated in or fixed in accordance with the bylaws.” However, the section does not tackle annual meetings as requested by the homeowners. Check your bylaws to see if there are any provisions concerning this.
