Hi Debra,
It depends on your governing documents. Check your CC&Rs and bylaws to see whether or not you are required to develop a 30-year plan. If you are referring to a reserve study, there is no statutory requirement in Wisconsin to conduct a reserve study. That said, it is still a good idea to do so.
