Should the agenda kept pending items on them until the board has a discussion on them this way the items won’t be forgotten?

Hi Michael,
If you have pending issues, you may include them under the “Old Business” section of your meeting agenda. If someone raises an issue at a meeting that isn’t included in the agenda, the board can make note of it and discuss it at the next meeting. It is best not to stray from the agenda and discuss things outside of it.
