We moved into our house in October 2021. We did not receive any documentation from the HOA until June 2022 when they all of a sudden sent a statement charging the HOA dues, late fees and administrative fees back to January 2022. Can they legally charge us late fees back to January if they never sent us any correspondence and invoicing until June?
