I live in an HOA on Whidbey Island with a shared beach/boat ramp access and a shared well with 213 water shares. Currently we are planning a major upgrade on our well system. Our volunteer board does not have the time or skills to manage the well system upgrade and the long term maintenance and upkeep of the water system. Are there HOA management firms that offer services for managing our private well system?
