1. Kindly refer to the Oklahoma Real Estate Development Act (REDA) Section 854(H)(3), stated below:

“Any provision of the governing document notwithstanding, a quorum is present throughout any meeting of the association if persons entitled to cast twenty percent (20%) of the votes that may be cast for election of the board of directors are present in person or by proxy at the beginning of the meeting.”
