Our property management company is denying the board access to their contract with the HOA unless all members of the board sign a non disclosure agreement. One board member refuses to sign. what is the best course of action?

The board can meet and discuss why said board member refuses to sign the NDA. It may be best to resolve this issue internally within the board. If not, you may opt to renegotiate the terms of the NDA and contract access with the property management company.
