Question:
So my neighbor keeps putting his trash cans in front of my house . He also has a basketball hoop in front of my house and parks in front of my house when he has a driveway. I’ve told him nicely to put them on his side of the street and my lanlord has also spoke to him and told him to and has also sent him a letter .He doesn’t comply and thinks because he lived there for 30 plus years he can do w.e he wants . I think it’s rude and he’s attracting all of the animals on my side because he thinks his house is better then the rest of everyone’s on the street. This is an ongoing thing where no one in neighborhood likes him he is very rude and argues with everyone and the cops have been called on him numerous times. What can I do to make him stop.

You may bring up the issue with your HOA board. You may also check the governing documents to see whether your neighbor is in violation of any provisions. If so, you may report the violation to the HOA. For further guidance, kindly consult a lawyer.
