Hello,
My neighbor from next room yelling on phone because he is deaf and have alcohol parties till late nights 12:00-1:00 AM almost every three-four days. Last time when I told him to lower his voice, he attacked me by punches and throwed me on the floor. After that day he started to harass me saying I have no other option than to accept the way he lives (alcohol parties at nights and yellings).
What can I do in this situation?

You may file a complaint with your HOA board. You may also want to report the incident to local law enforcement if you have been assaulted or are receiving violent threats.
