Question:
Can an HOA have an election and meetings without notifying all members?
– Darin
Answer:
Hi Darin,
According to The Oregon Planned Community Act Section 94.650(4), the secretary or other officer specified in the bylaws must give notice of a meeting at least 10 days in advance to each owner. You may raise this with your HOA board. For further guidance, kindly consult a lawyer.
