A pipe burst and was gushing water for two days during the 24th and 25th of December and the emergency number was called but no one responded for two days therefore 3 condos have severe water damage. The valve outside which could have been turned off by a neighbor had no handle on it so the water kept coming. No one at the HOA is addressing the matter although someone did come out and turn the water off. Now the mold and mildew is abundant and the neighbor with the broken pipe needs to remove the moisture in their walls before we can repair ours. Our tenants are having to live in a hotel. What can we do? The management company is not responding to our phone calls or emails. Thank you
