Question:
I own my unit but the unit next to me is rented out to a small family with two small children. They make a ton of noise at night. I have contacted the person who is supposed to run the HOA but she suggests that I am hearing things and I should put on soft music!! How can I get these people to stop making noise past 10pm at night? I go to bed at 8pm I have multiple videos of the noise.

Perhaps you could try to resolve the situation by speaking to the family next door. You may also want to notify the owner of the unit, which would be their landlord. There’s a good chance their rental agreement has a nuisance clause as well. If that doesn’t work, it’s best to submit a complaint to your HOA board.
