I have lived in my condo for almost three years; the first two years were great. Since November 2022, I am missing out on my quiet enjoyment because I am constantly hearing water drainage that runs almost 24/7. I have contacted the HOA (Liberty Community Management) and they have done nothing. What can I do about this situation?

First, it is important to understand the source of the water drainage noise. If your neighbor has a plumbing issue, you may want to speak to your neighbor first and see if they can resolve it. If it is the HOA’s responsibility, make sure to point this out to the HOA board or manager. It is a good idea to cite the provision in your governing documents that says your HOA is responsible for it.
