Is the hoa legally bound to inform owner of late fees being added to their account ? is there a condo association statute which explains this ? how much notice has to be given to the unit owner ? the owner was paying hoa fees each month but sometimes late an incurred a late fee . should the owner be informed prior to being put into collections
