It is difficult to determine the odds of winning based on a few statements. That being said, consider pursuing other methods of resolution before taking legal action. Lawsuits can be very expensive and time-consuming, which is why they are usually a last resort. If your HOA board is not doing its job, you may wish to remove them from their position. Section 1027(H) of the Oklahoma General Corporation Act and your own association’s bylaws can tell you how to do this.
