An HOA must give homeowners an opportunity to be heard for any violations (Section 35-20-11 of the ALABAMA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION ACT and Section 35-8A-302 of the ALABAMA UNIFORM CONDOMINIUM ACT OF 1991).
