Question:
If a HOA is dissolved is the homeowners still obligated to pay the dues?
– Denise
Answer:
Hi Denise,
Proper dissolution of a homeowners association also cancels the agreement of the HOA with the homeowners. That means neither party has any more obligations towards the other. As such, homeowners do not have to pay dues to the HOA anymore.
