Is it illegal for a person to hang clothes out to dry on their property? According to the HOA in this subdivision it is against their rules but no where in their rules is it stated that it’s against their rules. I was told that it was illegal for the HOA to say it was against their rules. I am trying to get clarification on whether or not this HOA can enforce this rule they are trying to enforce.
