Rochester Towers Condominium requires 51 % of voting members.
Now that Zoom meeting have been initiated, is that same quorum of 51% required?

Your bylaws and CC&Rs will be able to tell you what constitutes a quorum in your community. Generally speaking, though, the same quorum applies to electronic meetings such as Zoom meetings. That being said, you should still check your governing documents or consider amending them to be clearer.
