Question:
I moved and closed on my condo in Delray Beach (Pines of Delray Association) on January 28, 2023. At the time of my move, my auto deduction for HOA fees of $469 was deducted from my account. It was unavoidable since the cutoff date for notifying Truist was 1/27 and I was not entirely sure the closing would take place the next day.
Both my husband and I have contacted everyone at the condo manager’s office, the Condo Association and a Board member for the past 4 months to get the refund due me. I’ve sent the HUD paperwork to all and still have not received it.
Is there anything else I can do?

Kindly continue to follow up on the refund with the relevant persons or institutions. If possible, you may also try to attend a board meeting to raise your concern.
