In Maryland, I am wondering if HOA’s responsible for snow removal typically exclude driveways with vehicles from service or do they typically avoid the side of the driveway where the car sits. My HOA has contracted to not provide any services to my property because my car is on a two car driveway. Just trying to understand the common practice in Maryland
