Our Texas HOA (85 households) elected a new board of directors and ended our 6-year use of RealManage company. The directors now use “Bookkeepers, LLC,” which has sent letters giving ways to pay quarterly dues. This “company” has no BBB rating and no web footprint whatsoever. We no longer seem to have a website or any of the services provided in the past by RealManage. How an we respond to this situation? We have no contact telephone numbers or emails.

Perhaps your association has switched to a new service due to budget constraints. It is always a good idea to first approach your board with any concerns.
