Question:
Are there Indiana HOA law mandatory board member term limit laws?
Is it possible for the home owner community to bring a super majority vote to the annual meeting to bring term limits to our board?

Answer:
Term limits are generally contained within your association’s bylaws. In fact, for condominiums, Indiana law requires the bylaws to provide for “the expiration of the terms of at least one-third (1/3) of the directors annually.”
