There has been a red van parked in the driveway for over a week now. It says that car will be towed if it remains and it is an inconvenience and a hazard. Who do I contact to get this car removed? I am at 1506 Northbrook Dr, Normal, IL 61761. I do not own the condominium, but I rent one of them.
