Can a resident be allowed to have a truck as long as he has a handicapped placard. Or are they two different issues.
If the truck is necessary to accommodate a resident’s disability, then the HOA likely must allow the truck. However, if the truck is irrelevant to the disability of the resident, then the resident must follow the vehicle regulations of the association. If the HOA does not allow trucks, then the resident cannot have a truck.
