My HOA does not respond to my simple requests. Even a request for a copy of the minutes for the annual meeting. No response. What can I do?

Hi Yolanda,
Try to reach your HOA board through all forms of communication including email, call, and social media. If unresponsive, you may also attend the next board meeting to raise your concerns.
As for the request you made regarding the minutes of the meeting, you may cite the Minnesota Common Interest Ownership Act Section 515B.3-118 which states that the association is required to allow homeowners to examine the minutes of meetings.
