Are we legally entitled to compensation if the landscapers hired by HOA have ruined our grass? The landscapers were to maintain the common areas that meet up with our property. They’ve come through multiple times to weed whack after we’ve asked them not to, because it throws the seeds and debris onto our property. Now the grass in the backyard is full of weeds. Do we have any course of action?
