Hi Nana,
Kentucky law generally allows HOAs to hold meetings electronically. Provided your CC&Rs don’t prohibit virtual meetings, you may proceed with a meeting and a vote electronically. There are some online tools you can use that support secret online voting. Keep in mind that you will still need to follow all the usual meeting requirements (providing adequate notice, preparing an agenda, etc.).
