Hello. I’m a board member and our property manager is mismanaging our property but our board president covers him. I have bunch of financial statements and emails. What I can do in this situation?

Hi Tatiana,
Make sure the entire HOA board knows about your complaint. You may also wish to remove the president from their position on the board so that you can replace your current management company. If you suspect fraud and embezzlement, you may wish to report this issue to local authorities.
