Question:
We currently have a group of teens who are destroying property, vandalizing bathrooms and baiting dogs in backyards along with other inappropriate behavior. What can legally be done since the parents do not seem to care. They have even yelled at a few people who have told them to get off the large storage containers. They stand in the middle of the street and dare drivers to hit them. We are having a meeting next week and would welcome any input. We have pictures of several of these incidences.

You may submit a complaint to your HOA board about the rowdy teens. Alternatively, if they are breaking any laws, as you’ve described (vandalism, destruction of property, etc.), then you may report them to your local police.
