Hi,
I live in an are in California that has an HOA
I used to be a board member but it started to become a conflict of interest so I am no longer a board member
I bought my house in March 1990 the HOA Bylaws came out in October 1991.
they were not discussed with the home owners at the time they just send a copy to your home address.
Do they Apply on the home owners who bough their house before the Bylaws or does it apply to the people who bought their house after the Bylaws were released.

Hi Victor,
It’s best to check the HOA’s community plat/map and other governing documents. These should tell you which houses/lots are part of the HOA.
