I have been in my condo for two years. The board which i am on knows about the flooding in my basement. They patched the huge crack in my foundation, but it still leaks. They keep giving me the run around but everytime it rains i get water. I am afraid of mold and i keep getting things replaced due to this. Can someone please help me?

It is important to check your governing documents to see who is responsible for the maintenance and repairs. The community plat and the CC&Rs should help you shed more light on this. If it turns out that the association is responsible for the element, then the COA must cover the cost of maintenance and repairs.
